XJ Front 3 Link Long Arm Suspension Kit

If your looking to convert your Jeep XJ to a front long arm suspension then we have made it way easier. Barnes4WD is proud to introduce our XJ front 3 link long arm suspension kit with all the components you will need for a simple install. This suspension kit has been designed to improve ride quality, enhance geometry, and improve reliability all while adding protection for the vital components under your vehicle.  If you have already swapped axles under your Jeep with one of our swap kits no worries this kit is compatible with all of our XJ axle swap kits and any factory axle!  The 3 link system with include massive 1-1/4 inch heim joints or rebuildable 1-1/4 inch enduro joints for the ultimate in strength and maximum suspension travel. The kit includes a removable crossmember to simplify transmission service. Our long shank magnum heim joints are used with this kit for increased thread engagement and improved adjustability.  Heavy duty 2 inch O.D. x 1/4 inch wall D.O.M. tubing is included to build the lower links and 1-7/8 inch O.D. x 3/16 inch wall pre-bent D.O.M. for the upper link.  Installation of this kit requires at least a 4" suspension lift with 3" of bump stop extensions.  Installation of this kit will required welding and fabrication.  All components will need to painted or powder coated during installation.
