Teraflex SYE kit TJ - XJ - YJ - LJ with 231J Transfer Case

Note: Fits 231-J transfer cases only

The TeraFlex TJ / YJ / XJ  and LJ: NP231 Short Shaft Kit increases the rear driveshaft length by 4” eliminating the need for a Transfer Case Lowering Kit in most cases. This Kit help make the Driveshaft angle better to help eliminate angle, and vibration issues. Also includes a larger/stronger output shaft, bearing and rear housing. [Will need to buy a 1310 cv driveshaft in order for this kit to work. We also sell this as a Package that would save you money if you don't already have a  1310 cv driveshaft.

Fits:

• TJ Wrangler (short wheelbase)

• LJ Wrangler Unlimited (long wheelbase)

• YJ Wrangler

• XJ Cherokee  Note: If the XJ Cherokee has a Vacuum Disconnect then this is not the right kit. 

Includes:

• Output housing

• Transfer case rear output shaft

• Output Housing Seal (# 231104)

• Output housing bearing

• Rear Output Yoke (# 3244404)

• Output Yoke Flanged Nut (# 231112)

• All necessary hardware

Note(s):

• This kit must be used w/ a CV style (double cardan) driveshaft.

• Fits NP231-J transfer cases only.
