SUPER SEALS (Fits 05+ super duty differential 35 spline axle shafts)

These custom aluminum housings install in the factory seal location on your 05+ Super Duty axle. They sandwich between the seal location and the carrier race and seal on multiple surfaces. Double seals inside each of the housing ensure leak free operation for years to come in the worst environments! The seals inside the billet aluminum housing are extremely stretchy and can adapt to various axle diameters and geometries.

(2) billet machined aluminum seal housings with dual seals in each housing

Directions

1 Remove original seals

2 Install BKOR billet aluminum seal housing using RTV sealant between the housing surfaces and the outside of the seal. We prefer Grey

3 Add grease between the lips of the inner seals to lubricate the axle shaft during install and initial driving.

4 Allow RTV sealant to dry a minimum of 8 hours before driving
