RJ-110000-1 - Aluminum Bump Stop Puck (3 1/2 in. OD x 3/4 in. Tall)

RockJock's 3/4 Inch Front Bump Stop Puck was specifically designed for mounting on onto our XJ Cherokee rear U-bolt plates and are included in our CE-9031XJ U-bolt plate kit. These CNC machined billet aluminum pucks are available separately for universal use, or so that you may add additional pucks to our XJ U-bolt plates, creating a stack, to adjust bump stop spacing per vehicle build.

• Constructed from  =  CNC machined billet 6061-T6 aluminum
• OD  =  3 1/2 in.
• Height  =  3/4 in.
• Thru-Hole  =  .530 in. (to accept a 1/2 in. bolt)
• Countersunk Bore  =  1.060 in. ID x .500 deep
• Finish  =  clear anodize

Notes:

• In the application of our CE-9031XJ U-bolt plates, these pucks may be stacked of bump stop to adjust bump stop spacing per vehicle build.
• We use this bump stop in conjunction with our CE-9095XJ 3.5 in. lift XJ rear leaf springs that are included in our RJ-XJ0000-101 Suspension Systems.
