Jeep TJ,LJ, XJ, ZJ, and MJ Aluminum Heim Joint Steering Kit

Looking to upgrade your stock steering on your Jeep? Then we have the product for you. Our Barnes 4WD Jeep TJ,LJ,XJ,ZJ and MJ heim joint steering kit is manufactured from solid 1.5" OD 7075 Aluminum with 3/4" magnum heim joints. 7075 Aluminum is much lighter than steel, but 7075 aluminum is also much more elastic than steel.  7075 Aluminum can be flexed much farther than steel and still spring back to its original shape, this is very important on an application such as steering, because at some point you will hit your steering on something on the trail. This kit will convert your factory y link steering to a much more reliable crossover steering kit. This kit works with factory dana 30 or dana 44 front axle in a Jeep TJ,LJ, XJ, ZJ, and MJ. The kit is designed to work with a 15" wheel with 3.75" backspacing and a 16" to 17" wheel with a 4" of backspacing. This kit includes everything needed to install onto your Jeep. Drilling of knuckles and pitman arm to 5/8" is required. 

With differences in factory steering stop adjustment, adjusting of steering stops may be required to clear trackbar bolt.
