MetalCloak's TJ/LJ Jeep Wrangler Long Travel Upgrade Kit is for 3.5” Long Arm Suspensions; without adding additional lift this package can net you gains of over 3.5” of additional travel and flex with a simple bolt-on installation.

MetalCloak has perfected dual rate coils for the Jeep market and provides stable off-road articulation, amazing on road handling, and great load handling capability. Our True Dual Rate™ Coils provide a lifted ride height and improves drivability over stock performance.

The 6Pak Floating Shock Body Technology provides a game-changing platform featuring parallel shafts extending from the 6 tube floating body. The shock is centralized with dual opposed, nitrogen charged reservoirs that give additional cooling capacity along with up to 15 inches of travel.

The 6Pak™ features a robust 5/8” shaft designed for strength and stability under extreme use. This larger shaft size resists bending and flexing, ensuring consistent performance no matter how hard you push your suspension.

Each shaft has Gold Titanium Nitride coating providing a slick, low-friction surface that resists wear, reduces constriction, and extends the life of the shock. The precision machined billet rod ends are completely rebuildable, giving you the ability to service your shocks and keep them performing. The billet cap ends add a refined, finished look while maintaining the strength and integrity of the shock assembly.

The engineered main seal material increases durability and longevity, standing up to the elements and heavy use for reliable performance. Combined with its patented design, which delivers more travel in a shorter package, the 6Pak™ maximizes suspension articulation while preserving up-travel. Precision tuned valving balances daily driving comfort with confident control on technical trails.

The front upper shock brackets are CNC formed from strong 3/16" hot rolled steel to ensure a perfect fit and finished in gold zinc. The bracket mounts in the factory locations providing a mounting point for the front 6Pak Black Shocks to provide a consistent performance.

The front lower 6Pak Black Shock mounts replaces the factory bar pin mounts with a stronger, more secure connection that improves durability and reduces unwanted movement during the extremes of articulation. The bar pin eliminator is made of 1” 1018 steel rod and is finished in gold zinc.

The MetalCloak Upper 6Pak bar pin eliminator brackets are a bolt on 3/16" hot rolled steel plate system that is laser cut and then CAD formed for perfect fitment. These brackets are specifically engineered for 6Pak shocks but may be used to eliminate the problematic bar pins for other applications and is finished in gold zinc.

The 3/16" hot rolled steel plate rear lower shock brackets replace the weak factory brackets and provide the needed room to maximize the performance when using travel of long travel shocks, including our revolutionary 6Pak Shocks. Add strength and shock clearance to the vulnerable area on the rear of your Jeep with this bracket kit.
