Jeep JK 1 Ton Front Track Bar Bracket

If you have swapped a 1 ton axle into your JK or JKU Wrangler you will need to move the front frame track bar bracket forward to accommodate the larger axle housing.  This bracket is designed to move the track bar mount forward 2 inches from the stock location.  A 1-5/8 inch mounting width and a 14mm (or 9/16) bolt hole is used with this bracket, the same as the OEM mounting width and bolt hole.  This bracket is a 2 piece design that is fabricated from 1/4" thick steel.  A tab has been added to locate the bracket in the appropriate location, simply line the hole in the bracket up with the bottom front bolt hole for the steering box and weld in place.  This bracket may accommodate some aftermarket adjustable track bars, however depending on lift height and several other factors a custom track bar may need to be fabricated.
