Crusher Front Bumper w/Stinger for Jeep JK / JKU

The Motobilt Jeep Wrangler JK Crusher recessed winch bumper with stinger will provide you the ultimate in protection and recovery. The bumper allows you to secure your winch down low in between the frame rails. The stinger bar is made out of 1.75-inch x .120-inch wall DOM tube and is braced with laser cut gussets. The high clearance design includes a built-in skid plate. The bumper is made from 3/16-inch-thick steel plate that is laser cut at Motobilt HQ then CNC bent. The bumper uses 3/4-inch-thick laser cut d-ring mounts that pass through the bumper and are welded both inside and out. This setup provides for superior strength.

Important Information

• Sway Bar Compatibility: Works with all factory sway bars including Rubicon and works with Anti-Rock as well.
• The outer edge of the crash bar will need to be trimmed to fit where the lower portion of the bumper mounts.
• The 8 factory mounting holes may need to be open up to a 9/16".
• Ships raw steel.  Must be painted or powder coated to prevent rust.
• 2012 and newer models will need a vacuum relocation pump PN MB2060.  The factory bracket must be cut off in order for the winch plate to fit.
