The Barnes 4WD Cross Member mounting set comes with everything you need to make a cross member both rigid and still isolate vibration. Out kit is made of 2.0" DOM with a .25" wall and tabs for welding to your frame, two grade 8, 9/16" bolts with Lock nuts, 4 high quality Bushings, and extra heavy wall inner sleeves that will not deform unlike the cheap thin wall products that others sell.
