CE-9100 - TJ/LJ Johnny Joint Control Arm Set (Adjustable)

RockJock's Johnny Joint Control Arm Set for all TJ Wrangler and Unlimited (LJ) models provides you with extremely heavy duty, adjustable length control arms to replace all 8 of your factory control arms. Adjustable control arms are an absolute must after your lifting your vehicle to get your caster & pinion angles back in check!
Arms feature RockJock’s Johnny Joints, the original and most durable high-articulation urethane suspension joint on the market. Johnny Joints feature a smooth steel ball that pivots inside a proprietary urethane shell to provide over 30 degrees (per joint) of quiet, shock dampening articulation - without the excessive deflection found in soft rubber-based flex joints. Johnny Joints deliver a smooth, comfortable on-road ride with the ultimate in off-road capability. Arms are fully greasable via zerk fitted Grade 8 hardware. Finish is semi-gloss black powder coat on the arms & front forks and gold zinc plating on the Johnny Joint adjuster ends.

Notes:

• Upper Arms include CE-91127 Greasable Bolts & Lower Arms include CE-91107 Greasable Bolts.
• Upper arms are fabricated from 1 in. x .156 in. wall D.O.M. steel tubing, lower arms are 1 1/4 in. x .188. in. wall D.O.M. steel tubing.
• Upper arms feature 3/4 in.-16 RH threads, lower arms feature 1 in.-14 RH threads.
• Installation of the front upper arms may require reaming the front differential housing bushing inner sleeve out to 7/16 in.
• We highly recommend the use of our CE-9102K kit in conjunction with this arm set.
• Johnny Joints require non-synthetic, hi-moly lube grease such as our CE-9013G
