Carbon TJ Rubicon Front D44 30 Spline Axle Kit

The Front Dana 44 Axle kit is a tremendous upgrade over stock, providing increased strength and durability for your Wrangler.

The Front D44 axle kit is for 2003 - 2006 Wranglers and are made of 4340 Chromoly steel. The Axle is dual heat treated for unprecedented strength and durability making the Carbon Offroad Axles over 80% stronger than stock!

The axles are designed with large 5-760X Series Spicer U-Joints. The Spicer U-Joints are engineered with a solid cold-formed body while the bearing cups are heat treated for strength. The u-joint is precision ground and case hardened for durability and the multi-lip seal keeps the grease in and contaminants out. The Spicer U-Joints come fully assembled with standard clips and are ready to install.
