If you're running a 2005 to mid-2007 Ford F-250 or F-350 and upgrading to a PSC Cylinder Assist system, this is the steering gear you need. It’s built from all-new components (no reman junk here), and features a splined input shaft for direct compatibility with your factory setup.

This gear is engineered to handle oversized tires, heavy-duty use, and off-road abuse—while keeping your steering smooth, responsive, and reliable. Just make sure to check your truck’s build date if you’re working on a 2007–2008 model. You’ll find it on the placard inside the driver’s side door B-pillar.
