This setup ditches the weak factory electro-hydraulic pump and gives you a Big Bore XD-JT gear plus a high-flow mechanical pump conversion—so you can run lockers, aftermarket axles, and up to 35" tires without breaking a sweat. It’s the ultimate upgrade for daily drivers that love to play hard.

Heads‑up for installers

  • Use HWK-689-PP hardware kit with Synergy MFG Track Bar & Sector Shaft Brace. Shorter OEM bolts can crack the steering gear.
  • Big Bore XD-JT steering gear is beefy—some aftermarket track bars may not clear.
  • You’ll need a Tazer JL Programmer to override factory pump functions when converting to PSC’s mechanical pump.
